Shipping Policy
Production times, delivery estimates and what to do if a shipment goes missing.
Production time
Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production starts at approval, not at first enquiry. Foil orders include die making in the same window.
Express turnaround
Working to an opening, a wedding or an event date? Say so when you request the quote and we confirm in writing whether the date is achievable before you pay.
Delivery
Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, typically 2–5 business days in transit. Tracking is sent as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air is available on request.
Addresses and split shipments
Check the shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect in transit and we pass that through at cost. We can split one order across multiple venues; give us the breakdown when you order.
Lost or damaged shipments
If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, send photos and we open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion.
