Customized Cocktail Napkins prints beverage-size napkins — 3-ply, foil stamped, linen-feel, wedding, full-colour and coloured stock — for bars, breweries, hotels and receptions. We redraw the artwork for you, prove it with a free mockup, and only print once you approve.
We only make one size, and that is the point. A cocktail napkin is five inches folded, it goes under a glass, and it is handled once per drink for the whole of an evening. Getting that one object right is a narrower problem than “printed napkins” in general, and narrowing it is what let us get good at it.
What that buys you is judgement. We know which stock reads in low light, which weight of stroke survives white ink on black, when foil is worth the die and when it is showing off, and when a bar should stop paying for airlaid and order the 3-ply instead. We will tell you which of those applies to your room.
Why we exist
Bar napkins are usually bought on price from a catalogue, in one stock, in one colour, with a logo dropped in the middle by somebody who has never seen the room. The result is a napkin that goes translucent under a cold glass and a logo that has softened by the second round.
So we rebuilt the order around a free mockup that shows the print at real size on the folded napkin, unlimited free revisions, and a minimum of 12 so a new bar can test a design before committing to a pallet.
Stock, ink and light
Everything is 3-ply or airlaid, never two-ply: the denser surface is what keeps a serif wordmark’s edges at the end of a night. Ink is food-safe and water-based so condensation cannot lift it.
The decision most bars get wrong is stock colour. A white napkin disappears on a dark bar top and glares under a low pendant; black, navy or burgundy stock with white ink or metallic foil reads properly in the light the room actually has.
